Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The period starts from the day the Customer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by a clear statement (letter or email):

It is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

• Refund of all payments within 14 days of notification
• Refund of delivery costs (except additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard option)
• Refund via the same payment method, unless explicitly agreed otherwise
• The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided

Return Shipping Costs

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Complaints

HP-Hydraulika Siłowa i Mechanika Maszyn s.c. is liable for product defects under warranty. Complaints should be directed to: sklep@filtry.org. Processing time: up to 14 days.

Manufacturer Warranty

The seller is not the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer is liable under the terms specified in the warranty card included with the product.
