Terms and Conditions of the Filtry.org Online Store

1. Definitions

  • Customer — A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an Order in the Store.
  • Consumer — A Customer who is a natural person within the meaning of Art. 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code.
  • Online Store — The platform available at https://filtry.org.
  • Goods — Products presented in the Online Store.
  • Sales Agreement — An agreement concluded between HP-Hydraulika Siłowa i Mechanika Maszyn s.c. and the Customer.
  • Order — A declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.

2. General Provisions

The online store at https://filtry.org is operated by:

3. Order Procedure

Products and prices constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code).

  1. Selection of goods and parameters
  2. Adding to cart
  3. Entering required personal data
  4. Confirming the order with payment obligation

After placing an Order, the Customer receives a confirmation email. The agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of this email.

4. Delivery

  • Area: Poland and Europe
  • Carriers: FedEx or DPD
  • Cost: PLN 16.99 gross for standard shipping (unless stated otherwise)
  • Timeframe: 1 to 14 business days from order dispatch

5. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN), inclusive of all components including VAT.

Available payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

7. Effects of Withdrawal

Refund of all payments within 14 days of notification. Refund of delivery costs (except additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method). Refund via the same payment method. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

8. Complaints

HP-Hydraulika Siłowa i Mechanika Maszyn s.c. is liable as the seller for warranty for defects towards Consumers. Complaints should be directed to: sklep@filtry.org. Processing time: up to 14 days.

9. Dispute Resolution

EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Polish law shall apply.
